When I coach on the phone, or over Skype (a free computer application) for international clients, I am acutely attuned to peoples' voices: their moods, feelings and shifts in energy. Whereas most counseling is conducted in person, life coaching is customarily on the phone. And in between coaching calls, there is contact via email. These productive phone coaching sessions are laser- focused in order to help you reach your goals, whether they be professional or personal.
