I am licensed by the state of Massachusetts as a professional counselor and hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. I am certified as a professional life coach having received my life coaching training in 1999 through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) of San Rafael, CA. CTI is one of the original coaching training organizations in the country and known as one of the best, as well. In the last four years, I have taught personal life coaching workshops entitled: "Intro to Personal Life Coaching", "Discovering Your Life Purpose", "Preparation and Readiness: Finding Your Life Partner" and "Finding Fulfillment in Your Life". My life coaching work has been showcased by several regional newspapers including the Boston Globe and by Women's Day Magazine.
I am single-mindedly committed to helping others create satisfying, meaningful, successful and happy lives for themselves and have been doing just that for over two decades.
On a more personal note, I am married with a college-aged son and live and work in Sherborn, Massachusetts, a Metrowest suburb of Boston.
